Pompes Pollard is offering a complete range of synthetic raw material pumps.
These are motor-driven positive displacement pumps made of special stainless materials : stainless steel and plastic composites (cristalline polyester) for the pump and duralinox for the bearers.
This range is used for following applications :
. Coning oil Motorpumps : they are specifically used to transfer coning oils in the textile industry. They are mounted in units to supply machines treating nylon thread for the spinning of synthetic fibers. 
. Conditioning/Dosage Motorpumps : they are used to proportion and condition from fluid to high viscous products (example : conditioning in 800 g pot from a 1000 L barrel). After programming the computer the pump will deliver the required quantity as often as necessary. 
. Laboratory Motorpumps : they are used for laboratory or research center for tests, samples, developments, physical or chemical measurements. They enable a very large testing possibility because of the broad scope of discharge, pressure or fluid type due to the using of frequency variator and adaptable stator. 
. Food compatible products Motorpumps : they are used to transfer food products such as glucose, confectionery, vegetable oils, syrup, honey or similar products. 
Discharge from 0.5 up to 200 liter/hour.
The full range can be delivered with a dosage unit able to programm precisely the volume to transfer. |
